With over 25 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering and lightning protection, I am passionate about developing and delivering innovative solutions for wind and aviation industries. As the President of Weather Guard Lightning Tech, I oversee the design, manufacturing, and testing of our products, such as the StrikeTape Segmented Diverters, that provide superior performance and durability in harsh environments. I also hold the FAA DER credential for HIRF and Lightning, and I have consulted with NTS-Pittsfield on various projects. My mission is to help our clients achieve optimal safety, efficiency, and sustainability, while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and diversity within our team.Before joining Weather Guard Lightning Tech, I was the Sr. Technical Specialist at Lightning Technologies, Inc., where I was responsible for the analysis, testing, and certification of aircraft lightning protection systems. I worked with major aircraft manufacturers, such as Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier, to ensure compliance with FAA and EASA regulations and standards. I also contributed to several publications and white papers on the topics of lightning protection, diverters, and laminates. I leveraged my skills in aircraft engineering, electronics, and engineering management to deliver high-quality results and solutions for our customers.
