During this role, I execute the following activities,I assist in the development of small- to large-scale projects by collaborating with project managers. I utilize my expertise in the development of estimates/quotes for specific clients with minimal information. I coordinate with suppliers for new project development to discuss buy pricing to agree on the amount. I collect and review timesheets as well as send it to the payroll department for further processing to evaluate employee performance. I render my contribution to executing various regular activities of project administration to ensure seamless project operations. I deliver all vital financial documents to the project owner, including bonds (as required), Insurance Certificates, WCB clearance letter, NSCSA letter after attending turnover meetings. I provide easy access to all essential material related to project development by maintaining project folders on a shared drive as well as in "hard" copies of project files. The following are the main contributions to this role• Minimized project cost through submission of monthly tool reports to job sites as well as encourage tool return.• Optimized shop drawing preparation process as well as gather specific information on equipment deliveries by coordinating among subcontractors and contractors.• Accelerated payment process by coordinating with the accounting department.• Contributed to developing and updating all robust internal policies and procedures for shop drawings.

During this role, I executed the following activities.I accomplished the target profit objectives to improve organizational profitability. I conducted an in-depth analysis of prefabrication to ensure effective utilization of companies' plant fabrication. I contributed to developing flexible labor plans and set up project schedules to ensure seamless organizational workflowThe following are the main contributions to this role• Forged strong business relationships with several external vendors, including general contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and owners.• Boosted staff skills and efficiency by providing performance-driven training to several staff members.• Improved customer satisfaction through identification and mitigation of all potential problems.• Optimized cash flow operations by participating in A/R review meetings on regular basis.
