CurrentCurrently assisting large and medium scale clients to migrate HR data from legacy ERP systems to various cloud-based tenants. Target systems are predominantly SAP SuccessFactors (HXM), but I have also assisted with migration from SAP (on-premise) to Workday tenants. Working with large teams on both client and vendor activities, I support them in defining and managing the implementation of automated migration strategies to suit their unique system requirements and environment landscapes en route to a successful go-live.A previous engagement for another large government client required me to assist in provisioning on AWS infrastructure, a robotic process automation (RPA) solution using the UiPath enterprise tools. This implementation was successful in allowing many hours of manual effort required for mundane HR onboarding processes to be automated with the help of a robot. Besides freeing up people to focus on more complex tasks, the primary benefit to the client saw the realisation of significant speed improvements while simultaneously removing human error.
