Co-Founded company that created the On-Line! Detective for Sun. The Detective is delivered as a SaaS to third-party maintainers in 26 countries. Global customers include Sun, HP, IBM, Fijitsu, and Northrop Grumman. The Detective is the worlds largest independent compendium of Sun Support Documentation delivered via a Web-Based Support Portal. The Detective is used by those that support, administer, maintain, repair, train or broker in the Sun Microsystems co-puting environment. Assembled a group of Field Engineers in the formation of a very successful third party maintenance company that was a two-time INC 500 Company and seven-time Michigan Business 100 company. I was responsible for building the technical division that service and maintain Sun Microsystems and Prime workstations and servers. I was responsible for hiring, training and creating a knowledge base to help assist the Field Engineers identify failures.
