• The American Heart Association Program Director’s primary official for planning, developing, and executing the management of all aspects of program scheduling and policy compliance. Responsible for responding to inquiries, updating the Program Director’s calendar, providing customer service, explaining established policies, procedures, regulations and standards. Additionally, established the Continuing Medical Education program for Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. • Managed a staff of 15 military personnel with direct oversight of daily accountability, face-to-face counseling, and professional and personal development through the execution of annual and semi-annual performance evaluations. Reviewed, grouped, submitted, and maintained staff evaluations and ensured correctness through established policies and maintained division officer records.• As the Lead Training Team Administrator for a 560 personnel medical clinic, updated Internet based and Microsoft SharePoint automation systems. Managed the General Military Training Program and orchestrated 24 monthly workshops by scheduling over 20 instructors to deliver training that focused on Equal Opportunity, HIPPA, Patient Safety and Military Professionalism topics. Prepared Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to disseminate training delinquencies to Leadership. Used course evaluations for fact-finding and identification for process improvement and effectiveness for programs offered. • Served as a resource consultant for development of other department’s orientation and in-service training needs. Organized monthly mandated training to ensure new staff members were trained within 30 days of employment and maintained a compliance rate of 96 percent Command wide. Topics included Equal Opportunity, Diversity, Naval Customs and Courtesies, Communication Skills, and Stress Management.
