These skills are essential to success in keeping our EMR operating optimally.Responsibilities:• Ensures the development and implementation of best practices policies, procedures, and standards for all functions listed above design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online) based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products.• Analyze and produce business requirements by collaborating with the internal stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.• Provide technical advice to users and team members on best practices for SharePoint Online & Power Platform development.• Implement custom solutions that leverage Canvas Apps, and other Office 365 applications and services.• Understanding of best practices for application security• Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.• Document and demonstrate solutions.• Manage Azure SQL Databases: Tables, Views, & Stored Procedures.• Communicate with a variety of people, who do not all have the same technical knowledge. • Patience and attentiveness to explain problems and fixes in an easily understood way and address the user's specific concerns. • Support health care workers who have limited time in a professional manner.• Utilize data monitoring applications to troubleshoot system issues.• Perform data investigation in Azure SQL databases and write queries for developers to correct system errors.
