I built and led a team of 30 across PM, Product Design, Data, User Research and Bubble Development. I owned the product strategy and roadmap, and reported to the Co-CEO / co-founder as a member of the executive team.

Google Docs, Sheets and SlidesPart of the transition of this traditionally B2C product area into a B2B one, now targeting large enterprise customers as part of G Suite and Google Cloud. Member of the "horizontal" team that oversaw features / infrastructure that was shared between Docs, Sheets and Slides.Major projects included:- User-facing features, e.g. Activity Dashboard, templates- Platform features, e.g. improvements to the Docs, Sheets and Slides add-ons ecosystem- Infrastructural features, e.g. security and trust necessities- Point person between the PM team and the Sales and Marketing orgs, leading joint GTM initiatives and building closer connections as we focused more on the B2B motion

DoubleClick for Advertisers with a focus on video adsProjects included:-Crafting a recommendation for investment in a nascent video ad format; included product design specs for a series of milestones, competitive landscape analysis, plans for split tests to validate the idea, and garnering the support of Engineering, Sales and Services-Overseeing the project to add a new capability to DoubleClick Campaign Manager trafficking tools relating to video ads-Overseeing the project to add back-end support for a new but increasingly common video ad request pathway

Hybrid product management + engineering role, working to improve the core B2C email and web experiences.Heavy experience on coding user-facing features, iterating quickly, A/B testing ideas, and maintaining our internal data analytics platform.Projects included:- Creating Yipit Curated, a new and highly monetizable email experience that leverages Yipit's extensive content database and unique affiliate partnerships- Leading a significant redesign of the Yipit web experience- Transitioning to and rapidly improving Yipit's new search infrastructure on ElasticSearch- Ideating and executing on various ideas to reach ambitious revenue goals- Maintaining and improving the internal analytics platform

Strategy Analyst in the Global Foodservice Group at PepsiCo, working on various strategic, long-term, and innovation projects for the business spanning foodservice channels of distribution for the entire portfolio of PepsiCo beverages and snacks. Projects included:- Sizing and helping to prioritize global Foodservice markets in order to help set medium- and long-term business priorities- Performing analyses and supporting significant Global Foodservice innovation projects- Analyzing, researching and compiling justification materials for potential M&A/partnership opportunities
