Implementing software's, plugins & resource libraries suitable for production needs and applications. Developing project workflow standards for better production.Efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages. 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings, 3D animations, Motion graphics, Visual effects and Graphics designing.

Quality assurance for the ongoing production as per the international standards.Plan and manage incoming & ongoing projects.Ensure production is cost efficient and delivers to set timelines.Production cost analysis and budget.Resource planning and manage and develop team.Implement new products & standards in production.Determine quality control standards.Lead production team meetings and report.Constant communication with clients to ensure the final deliverable is beyond there expectations.
