Since joining the team in November 2022, I have been dedicated to developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals. My role involves overseeing all facets of marketing, from digital campaigns to content creation, ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience and effectively promotes our services.With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my current position. Prior to PaymentsFirst, I held key roles as a Security Specialist and Risk Management Specialist, where I was responsible for mitigating, preventing, and investigating various types of fraud, including debit card, ACH, wire, and check fraud. Additionally, I served as the security administrator for over 50 systems, ensuring robust security measures were in place to protect sensitive information.With a strong background in marketing, security, and risk management, I am passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster strong relationships within the payments industry.
