With over 20 years of designing, building and running websites and digicomms across many sectors including not-for-profit and ecommerce, I have a huge range of experience in digital provision and production.I have had the full gamut of digital jobs, from coding and designing sites 'back in the day' through to running ecommerce and not-for-profit websites, Project Management and a significant amount of IA, content strategy and UX work.In the lest couple of years I have been working more at the start of projects in scoping and strategy and working out how best to maximise benefit you can get out of a budget as well as taking a more advisory role on digital direction and supporting organisations through digital transformations. I am particularity strong on content strategy driven by crisp organisational thinking, user research and ongoing optimisation through analytics and personalisation.Currently I am working in the context of Digital Product Management inside Macmillan Cancer Support where my value stream is Content and publishing. Mostly this means making good things on websites for people who have cancer using Sitecore CMS. Recently I have been leading developments on AI creation of text to speech in multiple languages and dialects to expand Macmillan's voice and language offering and working on service localisation content and strategy for UX and SEO. Other things: Long distance cycle riding, writing plays and novels, design, making music... way too many interests.
