Retail Bank Instruction• Managed a portfolio of 1300 entities in London and the South East which was part of a national portfolio of 6000+ across high street retail, commercial offices and residential units. • Managed a team of four Surveyors, four roving Inspectors and an Administrator.• Worked closely with peers Birmingham and Edinburgh to ensure a credible and uniform service was provided to the client delivering cost savings in excess of £1m in first year.• Worked with the treasury team on account management and tenant indebtedness achieving the lowest arrears despite having the highest regional rent roll. • Carried out inspections and advised internal counterpart on utilisation of space, rates relief, security, rental value, tenant management and pass through of service charges. • Actively managed ongoing communications on a daily basis and managed expectations and ensured all issues were dealt within agreed deadlines.Investment Bank Instruction• Managed the high profile portfolio of 35 properties in UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands, with a combined rent roll of over c£70m.• Delivered savings throughout the portfolio resulting in the wider team achieving in excess of £2m over a 18mth period.• Constantly liaised with client and landlords to accommodate repeated moves around the City to cater for changes in headcount and ensure landlords consent for necessary works.
