- Responsible for managing multiple vertical integration projects for Motorola’s Mobile Devices Business- Develop varies spreadsheet tools to track and manage multiple programs’ progress- Drive/organize weekly meetings with customer and internal teams in China to guarantee clear instruction transfer and execution- Provide onsite support for Motorola on a daily basis to ensure smooth delivery commitments and lead team in implementing milestones on schedule- Work with different functions within Motorola such as program managers, ME/EE development, sourcing, supply chain, and component technology teams to drive critical projects into prototype builds and mass production- Develop quotes and act as primary contact responsible for price negotiations with Motorola’s senior management teams- Travel frequently to factories in Shenzhen, China during crucial milestones supervision and Motorola’s M-Gate reviews management- Lead a dedicated 3G team of project engineers, project managers, tooling engineers, and supply chain team to ensure all customer requests are met swiftly and accurately- Collaborate with V.P. of Business Development on a regular basis to procure more future business opportunities and nurture new forward thinking visions
