Under my leadership the location has positive growth in loans and revenue. The location was mismanaged for years by two previous managers. We are now the largest location in our district, when taking over the location it had a YTD revenue of negative -$43,000.00. We are now at positive over $120,000.00 YTD. LYTD at this time the location was at a negative -$113,000.00. We are also recouping previous losses adding thousands to the bottom line. All other locations in our district are negative growth and negative YTD $$. All this was done while being short staffed. This is the results I historically have achieved and do achieve.

Grew Fairfield, CA store from 750 to over 1050 customers and annual revenue from $900,000.00 to over $2.2 Million. Complete turn around.Turn around Ukiah, CA location from a trending customer loss to a gain, had location start to make a profit, brought location in ranking to #1 in it's category and #3 overall in the west coast.Assist the Regional Manager in the Bay Area locations. Including, but not limited to: follow up with GM's on: performance, customer service issues, store performance, P&L, inventory. Contact with sales managers and collection managers on performance. Hiring and training.

Entry level for Carrows, full service restaurant with bar. Assisting with turning around a, long time, declining location.
