In the first quarter as a private company, designed a growth strategy for the company and completed multiple acquisitions of e-commerce companies on the Shopify platform.

As Chairman & CEO of NTN Buzztime (NYSE MKT: NTN), I successfully navigated the pandemic while orchestrating these two simultaneous transactions (reverse-merger & asset sale). Having joined the company in 2014 as CFO, I led multiple debt and equity financings, turning the company to EBITDA profitability while delivering positive EBITDA growth.
