As one of the three founding members of ALANDA I serve in the dual role of Director of Operations and Director of Product Development. As Director of Operations I am responsible for the day-to-day support of our third party resellers and clients. I am resposible for coordinating technical support, managing delivery of software updates and communicating new features. As Director of Product Development I work directly with the President of the company in defining new products and product features for the company to support legislative requirements and compliance monitoring. This includes coordination of development timelines with the Director of Software Development.

Assistant Director for the city's I.T. Operations. Managed I.T. staff of 25-30 people responsible for end user support, network management, development and strategic planning. Reported directly to CIO and City Business Administrator. Successfully negotiated and implemented first municipal leasing contract for PCs and managed the migration of all city offices to new hardware. Coordinated both the relocation of the JC data center and the upgrade of the JC WAN infrastructure from server to SAN based technology.
