Oracle’s Strategic Clients Group (SCG) provides executive specialists to consult with its top 200 global customers. As an executive member of the SCG, I have interacted with customer executives and Oracle professionals to progress our relationships and contribute to the strategic objectives of the largest high-tech companies in the US. I developed multi-cloud and business architectural diagrams to support new business models and resiliency. Client interactions lead to new and exciting ideas that we can then execute for the end goal of creating net new revenue alongside improvements to our society.

Allen led the effort for building a multi-tiered governance structure to support an ERP installation and business redesign for Toshiba’s largest US based manufacturing operation, encompassing multiple plants Toshiba owns in the U.S. This multi-million dollar investment by Toshiba International Corporation was completed on time, under budget and was fully transactional two weeks post go-live. Of the many attributes that led to the success TIC experienced with this Program, a primary key was institutionalizing strong governance at multiple layers of the organization and engaging the necessary tools for responsibly managing multiple third-parties supporting the effort.Allen prides himself on building strong relationships and bringing people together for solving challenges in a positive and disciplined manner. Actions that contribute to this success include embedding agile approaches to development activities and imposing strict governance and compliance requirements on the third parties servicing TIC. This allows TIC the ability to have visibility into its third party provider’s service levels, in many cases resulting in TIC having better information on 3rd party performance than the service provider itself. Allen works closely with the Chief Technology Executive, General Management team and TIC engineers for opportunity creation through leveraging the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) movement. Allen relies upon his many years in professional services experience to act as a chief change agent for Toshiba and to play his part in evolving a product centric business into a service based revenue generating engine.
