Warren has expanded his corporate focus to include a number of well-planned new development projects, including the Del Paso Nuevo and Sun Meadows. Encompassing 80 units in north Sacramento, Mr. Warren’s Renaissance Park development sold out in mid-2016 as it neared completion. It complements midtown enclave projects such as Park Place East, which encompasses an on-site park and offers detached homes at affordable prices. Reflecting a strong commitment to giving back to the community, Mr. Warren leads the Allen W. Warren Celebrity Golf Classic, which takes place at Del Paso Country Club. This anticipated annual event focuses on raising funds for charitable causes such as the American Red Cross - Gold Country Region and the Alliance for Compassion & Education Development. The latter organization is focused on bringing together volunteers to undertake projects that benefit America’s ethnically integrated communities.
