I stepped in to oversee a junior leadership team as we rebuilt it through a refocus on the strengths of the House, community need and sustainable practices. We had an external cladding project underway.Community relationship building was foremost as we undertook to tidy up the building, improve security in and around the building and rebuild community trust.
