 Serve as NTD (Network Technical Department) Manager, responsible managing the technical team ( 50 resources in mid-2015) responsible for the technical planning and implementation of over yearly 5000 sites for various projects such as OI, VIVO, TIM, CLARO, Nextel and SKY, related to transmission, RF optimization and wireless projects in 13 Brazilian States, from BA to RR. Responsible to stablish the NTD Department in Recife Office, having the following responsibilities:o Process implementation of product engineering and integrated network solution;o Improve de delivery time baseline, average delivery efficiency, resource utilization and planning accuracy;o Ensure the effective operation to ensure customer satisfaction;o Team motivation, resource planning, capacity/training, development of product expert engineer;o Cost reduce/control and develop service opportunities;o Provide the best resource for positions needed in the projects;o Manage the regular report related to projects technical problems, risks, results, help needed, etc.;o Support customer network planning – early involvement; CSR – Customer Satisfaction Responsible - for OI projects in CE and PA region. Responsible for RF project delivery/budget/human resources/third parties for all RF projects which Huawei Technologies is responsible at the States of BA/SE/AL/PE/PB/RN/CE/PI/MA/PA/AP/AM/RR in Brazil

Serve as Huawei RF team leader for GSM (1900MHz) and UMTS (2100MHz) VIVO (Telefonica di Espana/Potugal Tel.) start-up project for the Northeast of Brazil, constituted of 10 BSC`s/10 RNC`s/ 1300 BTS`s/1300 Node B`s. Coordination of logical and physical parameters planning for both technologies, besides optimization of KPI`s for delivery acceptance. Meetings with customer to show planning and optimization results, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Serve as Coordinator of Network Access Area responsible for the projects of NOKIA/Ericsson, BTS, BSC, MW and Transcoder, including the physical and logical parameters. In charge for structuring personnel and coordination/management for the cell planning department for GSM network start-up in North area of Brazil. Responsible for the definition of search areas and the support to the Implementation Area in the activity of search. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of projects of RF, administration in the optimization of costs, and quantity of BTS’s for the optimization of the ratio amount of stations. Coordinate with GSM companies in the union of plans of cellular coverage resulting in reduction of the need of stations for the minimum covering of the area and decrease in investment cost. Participate in optimization of pre and post commercial release of the cellular network through drive tests accomplishment and post processing of the results using appropriate software and equipment to reach expected results and demands. Accountable for the administration in dimensioning, projecting, and monitoring for BSC’s, Transcoders e MW of the whole network, being responsible for the upgrades of software and hardware to avoid traffic jam. Manage executive-projects of BTS, cell, repeaters, MW, TRX for traffic reasons, etc, in agreement with the guidelines and premises of Access Network Area of the TIM Holding. Elaborate the frequency plans beside the retuning and application of Frequency Hopping. Analyze and monitor of voice traffic (Air/A-bis/A-ter) to avoid traffic jam; implement Half Rate feature for increasing voice capacity by observing the relationship capacity versus voice quality. Build relationship, interface, and negotiate with supplier of equipments for Network Access (NOKIA/Ericsson).Responsible for updating database of RF configurations of BTS, BSC, Transcoder, and MW.

Performed drive tests for Radio Base Stations Optimization and acceptance of installations, services and tests. Predicted and analyzed RF through PLANET and Deskcat. Analyzed and reported RBS’s indicators; set RF field; installed RBS’s projecting; and conducted surveys to determine viability of RBS´s installation. Member of the GSM/GPRS (1800/1900MHz) project group for North/Northeast Brazil. GSM 1800/1900. Worked on RF coverage project for the North and Northeast Brazil in configuration of irradiating system and cell parameters, frequency planning, preparation of documentation, Guidelines, Internal Standards and Technical Notes
