Having extensive experience in the hospitality industry has given me many different skills. Those including customer service, time management, how to remain calm under pressure, client satisfaction, efficiency, extensive knowledge of products, proper phone etiquette, the ability to work in a high volume - high pressure environment, and many more. I have now become efficient in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. I am very punctual, honest, hard working, and I love working with people. I'm looking for a new, fresh job experience where I can utilize the skills and experience I do have, while gaining new skills in the process.
