Hello, I am Alli Stein, a passionate educator with over 12 years of experience in the field of education. I hold a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, including those with special needs and English as a Second Language (ESL) learners. This has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of individualized instruction and differentiated learning approaches, enabling me to effectively meet the unique needs of each student.As an educator, I am dedicated to promoting a positive learning environment that fosters growth and success for all students. I strongly believe in the power of education to transform lives and I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of my students. Over the past 5 years I have served as a National Literacy Consultant, where I currently work with schools and educators to improve literacy instruction and student outcomes through Professional Development trainings and lesson modeling within classrooms using Science of Reading methods. This has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with others and continuously learn and grow in my own practice.I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to further develop my skills and knowledge in the field of education. I pride myself in being a lifelong learner and plan on continuing to learn more about different areas of education such as the use of AI in classrooms and how to intertwine my knowledge of curriculum and instruction in the world of EdTech.
