Directed and coordinated information relative to the 3rd Infantry Division Band’s participation in military operations, public events, and community relations through news releases, news articles, special activities, ceremonial protocols, and photography. *Responsible for managing public relations content and coordination with Higher Headquarters to ensure proper publicity protocol in support of the unit’s mission.*Supervised production of graphic designs, social media, photographs, and audio video footage for 41 personnel company. *Oversaw the implementation of command team messaging during COVID-19 Pandemic and the production of 15 high-quality videos reaching over 300,000 audience count. *Collaborated with the Division public affairs office to develop storyboards for 2 videos that reached over 120,000 views on social media. Educated 41-member unit on the Hatch Act and rules and procedures regarding social media engagement ensuring 100% compliance with Department of Defense and Army policies.

Responsible for coordinating/planning details and requirements of unit support with both military and civilian agencies. *Coordinated and synchronized logistical and administrative support with multiple agencies for the planning and execution over 200 events. *Worked in conjunction with Training and Doctrine Command Public Affairs Office as community relations liaison assuring open lines of communication between requesting agencies and the US Army Training and Doctrine Command Band.

Responsible for the procurement, receipt, issue, rotation, and 100% accountability of keys, locks and locking devices assigned.*Assured appropriate personnel with proper authorization issued necessary equipment and entry access. *Required semi-annual inspections of both employees and senior leaders *Responsible for the safety and security of $1.5 million worth of company equipment

Responsible for processing of all Defense Travel System procedures for 66-Soldier company with a National Touring mission. *Created authorizations/orders and vouchers as well as screened and verified travel receipts, making sure requests for reimbursement are accurate, *Performed updates of the Defense Travel System due to personnel changes over a 3 yr period. *Processed over 1400 orders totaling over $687,000 worth of unit funds.Served as the liaison between the US Army Forces Command Band and Citybank, assuring efficient and effective management of the Travel Charge Card Program, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Travel Charge Card Program.*Provided personnel with travel account application and assured proper procedures and protocols during submission to Citybank. *Managed all information on all charges made by travel account holders within their assigned area and Issued monthly reports to senior leadership on delinquencies as well as possible misuse and/or fraud.*Educated employees on the proper use of the travel account. Set electronically controlled spending limits.
