Rather than having all my eggs in one basket, I enjoy managing and assisting on weddings with a multitude of creatives including: Michelle Garibay Events, Serendipity Events, Francine Ribeau Events, Southern House Events, and First Comes Love. I excel in day of coordination and love assisting as well! Always open to new opportunities to grow within the industry and collaborate with creative and passionate individuals! At the end of a long wedding weekend, my feet are sore but my heart is full! I love what i do and want to do more of it!

I recently worked at Bottega Americano, both coordinating their large scale events, while also holding a position as their lead host. I also held an internship, that progressed into a lead events position, with their events director Sara Kincaid . I later worked alongside their newest Marketing and Events Director, Erin Rudolph. For a brief time between hiring new management staff I also assisted as our maître d'. Some of my responsibilities included; organizing large private events (catered to a third party event space )and full restaurant buy outs, constructing custom menus, and developing group contracts. I was often onsite for the execution of the actual event and hold the great responsibility of ensuring all events go to plan and implementing all time lines and schedules, as well as overseeing all other staff member responsibilities. As the Maître d', I ensured that all guest had the best possible dining experience on the restaurant floor. I do this by checking in on elite guest, and locals alike, to make them feel welcome and highly valued. I also assisted all servers and staff on the floor to ensure they had the tools they needed to create an exceptional dining experience. As the hostess I control the overall flow and organization of the entire restaurant. In addition to common responsibilities as a host, I also ensure that all guest notes and special accommodations are met. We take rigorous notes, detailing all guest request, which tables they like, wines they enjoy, and servers they favor, to maximize our potential to provide them with an unforgettable experience. I was also delegated the high responsibility of staffing and scheduling for my direct department. Lastly i astisted with apsects of managing and monitoring our social media accounts, including Instagram as well as FacebookOperational systems used : Open Table reservation system, Micros POS, Hotschedules, Excell (for contracts), Dropbox, Google Shared Calendars

I have thoroughly enjoyed catering with UKC for many years. In addition to my catering responsibilities I have had the opportunity to meet and assist the onsite site coordinator for an array and amazing events, including company holiday parties, engagement parties, political events, weddings, and much more. As a part of the catering team it becomes second nature be actively attentive , and strictly follow the timeline of the event to ensure quality of food. Therefore I have had years of experience delegating tasks and implementing a strict timeline, and ensuring the flow of the event is seemless.
