- Consistently administer core Human Resource functions and compliance areas to include, Safety Process, Company Policies, Procedures, and Benefits Program. - Responding to personnel issues and overseeing ADA compliance, employee complaints, and disciplinary procedures.- Process payroll semi monthly and adjust raises for employees- Manage all book keeping for company and locations, manage budget and spending.- Administer high level non-invasive functional neurology therapies & treatment to a diverse patient population (working firsthand with patients with major disabilities/special needs such as ASD, CP, HIE, stroke & TBIs). - Conduct in-depth diagnostic testing of the postural, ocular, and cognitive systems for 5-7 patients weekly. Managed and ensured patient progress & satisfaction with their programs on a day-to-day basis. - Support marketing outreach efforts with other physicians to increase patient enrollment. - Managing all daily operations & clerical duties such as: scheduling care/phone calls, filing & sending out patient records, and taking payments, managing financial accounts & working with medical billing/CPT coding.

- Organize and oversee the daily activities and duties of the facility, managing staff; communicate with staff, patients and family; and ensure that the facility offers the highest level of patient care. - Administer core Human Resource functions and compliance. - Recruit, screen, and interview job applicants and place newly hired workers in their positions.- Handle compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations. - Design and implement effective training and development plans. - Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. - Track department budgets. - Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversee the tasks of sending invoices to patients- Monitoring outstanding balances to insure each account is paid on time and in full- Find financial solutions for patients who may need payment assistance- Calculating and tracking various company financial statements- Translate medical code- Contact clients to review their coverage and make recommendations for changes, including filingclaims and processing payments

- Help patients navigate insurance claims/work to create payment plans where necessary- Document/resolve any complaints lodged by the patient or their loved ones- Explain test results, diagnoses, and available treatments to the patient and their loved ones- Communicate all information patients need to make informed decisions about their healthcare

- (MA) Triage patients, Scribe, and surgical assist- (Histotech) Retrieve specimen from surgeon, embed and prepare tissue for slides, assist pathologist in examination of tissue.- (Manager) Organize office operations and procedures, prepare payroll, control correspondence,reviewing and approving supply needs, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.- (HR) Interview and hire all staff, administering pay/benefits/leave, and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Operate the switchboard- Screening and forwarding incoming calls nation wide- Remain having a professional attitude and appearance- Discuss insurance quotes/payments/benefits/eligibility- Schedule surgeries for patients in hospital- Schedule pick-ups for EMS and/or funeral homes
