▪ Efficiently work through list of 80+ active files a day▪ Review Title Commitment, Purchase Agreement and other purchase documents for accuracy▪ Clear all title requirements by researching and obtaining all necessary documents▪ Interact with realtors, lenders, brokers, and buyers/sellers (in-person, via e-mail and/or telephone);▪ Work hand-in-hand with Account Executive(s) to ensure customer questions/concerns are handled in a timely and proficient manner;▪ Review and manage daily reports to ensure deadlines are being kept; follow up where necessary▪ Coordinate and schedule closings▪ Train new hires on processing role

▪ Manage up to 45 customer 203k and FNMA Homestyle Renovation accounts daily▪ Process renovation draw requests as they are received, verifying all documents are included and numbers match the allowable amounts▪ Reconcile monthly invoices from inspection and title vendors▪ Balance GLs for 3 accounts, correcting any errors or overdrawn accounts▪ Interview and train new associates▪ Generate and reconcile weekly and monthly reports on productivity & production, providing guidance where needed to correct aged accounts▪ Review all draw documents and approve associates’ draw requests▪ Print, process, and mail renovation draw checks
