For over two decades, Allie’s work has focused on community building. As founder of the Equality Equation, Allie launched pioneering digital movements that activated audiences on behalf of today's most pressing social issues. To that, media that Allie produced or directed was viewed more than 150 million times, changed laws in 33 different states, and was featured in publications like the New York Times, Guardian, Teen Vogue on a regular basis. In its 6 years of operation, EE managed social impact digital for Alicia Keys, Charlize Theron, Pharrell Williams, Caitlyn Jenner, and Jose Andres, and more. In 2021, Allie transitioned the agency, and began focusing exclusively at the intersection of experience design, community and inner work. Since its re-launch as the Equanimity Equation, she created and runs 'the feels', a mindful singles event that has hosted 1500 people across 4 cities. Press coverage includes the NYTimes, Thrillist + Philadelphia Magazine. On a weekly basis she publishes written work via Substack, and communicates with an audience of 20K people on Instagram.
