I have over 5 years of work experience in recruiting, and I have developed skills in working experience and university recruitment, service work, and applicant tracking systems.Before joining CU Boulder, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner on the founding Talent Team at Scaled Agile. Previously, I worked as a Lead Recruiter and a Recruiter at BASIS.ed, a network of high-performing schools. There, I managed the full-cycle recruitment process for teachers, administrators, and staff, and supported the expansion of the organization to new regions. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the right role, and I enjoy collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and team members to ensure a positive and smooth hiring experience.
