WestSide Baby meets the basic needs of children to promote safety, security & healthy development. We provide essential items to keep children safe, warm and dry by collecting and distributing diapers, clothing, and equipment throughout Western King County.

• Led mostly volunteer-run organization with minimal infrastructure, staffing, and donors to become a thriving institution with 1.7M budget and 22 employees• Led PS-WA’s first community-informed strategic planning process, resulting in the organization’s first three-year strategic plan and theory of change• Built key infrastructure, including organizational structure, systems, and policies and procedures• Increased 2018-2021 net from budgeted $35K to $440K• Wrote and secured $6.5M+ in new or expanded grants through July 2026, allowing for greater capacity, hiring, and programming• Increased diversity of leadership on board (0% to 42% BIPOC) and staff (0% to 50%, including 63% of managerial team)
