- Supervise 8-12 student peer coaches in Longhorn Career Peer Mentor Program, including professional development, weekly one on ones, managing timesheets, budgeting, & scheduling - Serve as main point of contact & coordinator of campus-wide peer mentorship program that matches mentors with first- and second-year students for one-on-one career development support - Manage the application marketing, selection, & matching process for campus-wide peer mentorship program- Develop peer mentorship program curriculum, including weekly lesson plans & group learning sessions, that empower mentors to support their mentees as they build community & accomplish career goals - Lead team trainings to continuously review & adjust strategies to increase program effectiveness - Review the services & effectiveness of career peer mentors continuously to adjust strategies & priorities

- Provide comprehensive one-on-one & group career coaching services including: developing career plans, navigating industries, document critiques, interview preparation, & connecting with resources- Create, manage, & grow industry-specific online toolkits to educate students about different industries & connect them to upcoming industry-related opportunities- Plan, coordinate, & present career programming containing tailored resources & opportunities for careers, professional development, & employer connections to groups of 10-300+ students - Facilitate professional development focused small group sessions to support on-campus student interns- Develop & deliver career-readiness tools & resources to provide students with language to articulate the full array of marketable skills gained through curricular & co-curricular activities- Create digital content to promote opportunities to targeted students on social media, newsletters, & more

- Virtually manage a caseload of over 120 high achieving, low to moderate-income high school students across the country during their college application and transition process in order to promote enrollment at high graduation rate schools - Leverage an array of virtual communication tools, including video meetings, phone calls, and nudge text technology to provide data-driven one on one advising to students and their families - Utilize complex caseload management system daily to track student progress, implement targeted campaigns, analyze results, and inform outreach- Deliver behaviorally informed mass text messages and creative newsletters to effectively translate complex processes into accessible information and collect relevant data from students and family members- Implement and manage additional complex projects as requested by program funders while practicing flexibility, detail orientation, and clear expectation setting with participants

- Coached students in career development-related areas such as resumes, cover letters, personal statements, and more in weekly one-on-one sessions virtually and in-person - Presented on UGA Career Center resources and professional development at events with over 200 undergraduate students - Collaborated with 29 full-time staff members to complete projects on varying timelines including data analysis, potential student recruitment, and creative marketing materials - Engaged frequently with other UGA staff, departmental ambassadors, and students to make connections across campus - Recognized as one of UGA's Top 100 Student Employees of the Year out of approximately 5,000 on-campus student employees in 2020
