As an Associate Manager of National Professional Resource Operations at The Siegfried Group, I manage operational processes within people operations focused on our population of over 1,000 talented Professjonal Resources who provide accounting, financial and leadership advisory services to our Firm’s clients. I have been with Siegfried for over eight years, starting as a Senior Associate (client servicing) prior to serving as a Senior Accountant on our internal Firm accounting team, and advancing to my current team within People Operations in August 2019. Some of the primary processes I manage and/or am experienced in include our employee evaluations, client project periodic performance reviews, new Team Leader onboarding, annual department budget preparation and review, and new hire onboarding materials preparation and presentation, to name a few.I am a Certified Public Accountant and a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, with strong skills in Workday Human Capital Management, expense analysis and process management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and support to my team and other colleagues, as well as enhancing our internal processes.
