Manage company's largest customer including orders, quotes, quality, consignment and stocking programs. Purchase and stock raw materials along with maintaining and improving material vendor relationships. Schedule orders to be produced for the company's punching department. Handle expedites for all customers and monitor backlogs to insure on time delivery. Manage tool room's schedule. Estimate for all repeat and new punching business. Assist and complete quality tasks such as PPAPs and NCRs. Work on projects including company wide improvement ideas and margin analysis.
