In my role as store manager I am responsible for creating an environment where sales associates want to sell and customers enjoy their shopping experience. Ongoing training of sales associates to achieve/surpass company targets for units per transaction, dollars per hour and dollars per sale targets. Train sales associates to develop relationships with customers that lead to return business. Drive sales to achieve/surpass company performance targets. Recruit, hire, and train sales associates and co-managers.

Managing all aspects of a high-end women’s clothing store to include merchandising, hiring, training, loss prevention, and achieving company performance targets.

Started as a co-manager and was promoted to store manager in April 2003
