Every step in your life leads you through each version of the person you will be. The key is to stay open to what is trying to reach you, lead with your strengths and make a point to never stop learning. Natural leadership has guided me through over 20 years of customer service, including 17 years in the banking industry, and over 10 years in leadership roles. Through developing other individuals, I've continued to grow and understand myself; adapting to personality types around me, being aware of what motivates others, how team members balance out each other with differing, complementary skills.Through this experience I've discovered I'm at my strongest and most passionate when working as a creative partner with different departments on changing initiatives. Ideation and project planning are key skills that I have grown while managing a team; I not only have a creative mind to approach challenges in a rejuvenated way, but I'm able to make my visions successful by appealing to the audience I'm addressing and gain commitment.Additionally, I possess skills and enjoy challenges that most others do not, including public speaking, creating and hosting presentations, and generating engagement within the teams I support. I earn trust and respect by leading with intention, integrity and innovative ideas, and I love lifting up others and helping to inspire them to be their best selves.
