Direct and manage incoming and outgoing communication to and from Conner. Coordinate and maintain the functionality of the office environment. Responsible for licensing process for the firm as well as each Conner team member. Handle all office licensing internal and external, renew and maintain active status of all licensure. Assist with projects within each Department (Marketing, HR, Personal Lines, Commercial, Benefits, Accounting, etc.). Assist with reporting and questions in Salesforce platform. Provide technical support to Advisor in areas of collecting client information for new business production. Support Advisor with the preparation of proposals and summaries. Utilizes online rating system, prepares applications for new and renewal business. Utilizes online rating system, prepares applications for new and renewal business. Input client information activities into the Agency Management System. Lead and oversee Wellness activities and committee meetings, help enroll and train new employees on the wellness portal.
