I did not seek out Insurance, Insurance found me.I do not believe I am alone in this category and I definitely do not remember anyone writing in a yearbook that their dream job was within the Insurance Industry. I was sure I was going to do something along the artistic path and even pursued graphic design my first round of college. Life is funny though, and sometimes dreams manifest themselves not entirely in the way you would imagine. Interestingly, I have found that creativity is not limited only to the obvious artistic fields.I thrive to mix creativity with functionality. In my current role, I am able to mix both logical and innovative solutions to implement new coverages and products for our various lines of business. I use an inventive approach when managing both people and projects and am most passionate identifying workable solutions for successful program execution. I aim to introduce fresh perspectives and techniques when planning, directing and monitoring activities to assure timely and accurate completion of projects. With these abilities, I facilitate effective product and pricing changes in order to direct profit and growth objectives.The cherry on top is I am even able to add a little "graphic design" element to my work each day.
