 Supported the management of the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for the St. Louis Teacher Residency program including creating and posting job descriptions, tracking applications, reaching out to potential candidates, performing interviews, and assisting with onboarding logistics. Created and operationalized the primary grant application for Black-identifying resident-teachers, which provided living stipend support, tuition, and additional opportunities. Increased the number of overall Residents of Color in the total cohort from 39% to 65% (in 1 academic year), with 65% identifying as Black and/or African American - a 35% increase from the previous year.
