The Honors Writing Fellows Program is a peer tutoring initiative that emphasizes writing across the University of Iowa curriculum. Our team of 25-30 Writing Fellows are exceptional undergraduate students in the Honors at Iowa Program who work alongside students in courses across the university each semester. As part of our mission to enhance writing skills, Fellows provide written feedback on two assignments and host one-on-one conferences with students. Fellows undergo rigorous training in Writing Theory and Practice, a three-credit course taught every fall by our program directors.

Tippie Senate serves as a liaison between the general student body and the Undergraduate Program Office, advancing professional development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and mental health initiatives. After being elected on the board, Senators are tasked with the job of representing Tippie students within the staff and community at the University of Iowa. Whether it be financial or social support, Tippie Senate has placed special emphasis on enriching the underrepresented organizations and groups within the College of Business.

The Vice President of Operations for the Multicultural Business Student Association organizes and facilitates monthly social events that foster a sense of community and encourage discussions about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through these events, executive members provide a safe and inclusive space for members to grow and learn together. In addition, students facilitate cultural conversations that educate and empower future leaders on how to promote diversity in the workplace while addressing prominent local and global issues. By fostering a culture of inclusivity and empathy, members can create a better and more equitable world for their future careers.
