Ensure confidentiality and security of all student and staff information maintained in student information systems. Work with all core team members to ensure accuracy on all state and federal data reporting based on Department of Education guidelines. Maintain employment records including attendance and payroll, vacation leave requests, sick leave and staff development. Set-up each course/section for each class and entering each student's schedule including Special Education, Early Intervention Programs and English as a Second Language courses. Secure substitutes including entering data into a substitute management database. Complete all withdrawal paperwork for exiting students including all necessary transfer paperwork. Assist in executing and facilitating emergency drills and procedures.

Developed business prospects for retained Human Resource searches through cold calling, networking and building client relationships. Identified, recruited and interviewed potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, understand motivation and establish working relationship. Facilitate interview process with client, arranging schedules and debriefing both candidate and client. Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers to candidates, and follow up with both client and candidate through transistion period.
