The aim of this commitee was to design and implement systems to ensure the professional, ethical and correct procedures are followed in order to facilitate the success of the Seminar.Duties included:1. Designing procedural systems that facilitate the correct conduct of all aspects of the Conference.2. Ensuring all are aware of all procedural matters3. Identifying violations of procedures4. Implementing sanctions for behaviours inconsistent with correct procedures5. Conducting disciplinary meetings 6. Informing members of the status of their violations 7. Identifying outstanding behaviours8. Awarding outstanding positive behaviour demonstrations.9. Keeping perfectly accurate records of individual member’s conduct.10. Reporting at all general meetings. 11. Hosting professional development activities for the seminar students. Examples of these activities are; dining etiquette, dress and grooming, professional protocols, job search strategies, technology applications in Finance and Banking.12. Designing seminar attire and present to members for approval.

This committee included me and three other individuals. It was only a temporary position for the election. Our responsibilities included developing and implementing strategies and procedures for conducting a virtual election for the selection of respective executive roles for Finance & Banking Seminar 2021/2022 nominated students.

My duties included a number of data collection tasks within the parish of St Mary, such as the identification of non-functional streetlights, missing street name/sign, the auditing of billboards, barbers, hairdressers & trade license and the identification of social/emergency assistance needs. Additionally, the attending of weekly council meetings, the planning of areas for checks during each week and the writing of weekly reports on the areas visited.

My duties included assisting in the updating of the organization’s database, clerical filing and community checks within the parish of St Mary.
