Hi, I’m Allis Kensing! I’m a resourceful project manager leveraging technical solutions to drive strong business outcomes for service providers. With 15+ years of experience supporting a nonprofit organization in Maryland, I’ve cultivated key skills in project management, problem-solving, collaborating with a diverse team, and how to allocate proper resources to support the evolving needs of a growing organization.I value creative thinking, inclusivity, and I believe in humble leadership. As the Director of Supported Employment for The Arc Baltimore, I ensured compliance with agency principles and regulatory requirements across services for individuals with developmental disabilities. In fact, I was nominated to complete a 2-year leadership program with the Maryland Council Executive and within The Arc chapters, enabling me to gain more valuable insight on the key qualities of powerful and empathetic leaders shaping the service industry.
