Hi, I’m Allison Aafedt, a Real Estate Development Project Manager specializing in the land development of single family homesites and luxury development here in the Park City area. For the past five years, I have worked at SkyRidge, a 670-acre mountain community in Park City with over 473 luxury custom home lots. As the Project Manager, I am involved in all aspects of the development of this wonderful community, including land development process from county approvals and the rollout of our various community amenities, including an extensive trail network, golf course, clubhouse, equestrian center, and lodge. I appreciate the detail and thought that goes into making each project a success and truly enjoy working with all of the diverse talents and teams to ensure our community can enjoy mountain living at its finest!
