Hi, I’m Allison Aafedt, a Real Estate Development Project Manager specializing in the land development of single family homesites and luxury development here in the Park City area. For the past five years, I have worked at SkyRidge, a 670-acre mountain community in Park City with over 473 luxury custom home lots. As the Project Manager, I am involved in all aspects of the development of this wonderful community, including land development process from county approvals and the rollout of our various community amenities, including an extensive trail network, golf course, clubhouse, equestrian center, and lodge. I appreciate the detail and thought that goes into making each project a success and truly enjoy working with all of the diverse talents and teams to ensure our community can enjoy mountain living at its finest! A little about me—• I have with dual majors in Public Health Education & Promotion and International Studies and a Master's degree in Public Health. I’m community-focused and committed to the success of others.• I’m a University of Utah Track & Field Team Alumni. Having been an athlete-competitor at the collegiate level, I have a passion for excellence, achieving results, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.• Over the years, I have worked as a Property Manager/Supervisor, Realtor®, Project Assistant, Development Associate, Senior Development Associate, and now, Project Manager. Outside of the office, I enjoy a diverse range of hobbies, including playing in women's doubles sand volleyball leagues, runs with my goldendoodle, skiing down the Rock Mountain slopes, and embarking on adventures to new and exciting places!I’m excited for what the future holds for our community at SkyRidge and look forward to continue growing in knowledge and capacity as I take on the challenges that each new project brings.
