Allison Arce is a Career Consultant with Dermatology Authority, LLC. In this role, Allison coordinates and manages all aspects of recruiting, physician placement and the buying and selling of practices. A big believer in the importance and practice of Dermatology, Allison supports the physicians and the changes they are facing today in healthcare. She is dedicated to finding the right physician for the right practice. Allison is a qualified healthcare professional and is no stranger to the Dermatology industry, having spent the last 8 years as a Dermatology Account Executive, Regional Training Manager and Sales Director, which have taught her the importance of medicine and medical expertise. In addition, Allison had the opportunity to work closely with local Dermatology Residency Programs and Dermatologic Societies, while also attending many Dermatology conferences including the AAD, Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, and the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. Allison has more than 12 years of healthcare experience in consulting, recruiting, sales and management. Prior to partnering with Dermatology Authority, LLC in 2016, most recently Allison spent the last eight years working with Quest Diagnostics, mainly within the Dermpath Diagnostics division. Allison has worked for a diverse range of organizations, including Maxim Healthcare Recruiting and The Kimberly-Clark Organization.Allison graduated from the University of East Carolina in 2004 with a B.S. Degree in Worksite Health Promotion and Education. She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL with her family. Allison’s passion is healthcare and helping others.
