As the Director of Market Rate Housing for Indigo Real Estate Services, Inc. Allison was responsible for overseeing and expanding company operations, revenue growth and people development in Washington and Montana. She was responsible for Market Rate portfolios of over 4,000 units of multifamily and mixed-use assets. With her pre-development, affordable housing, lease-up, and renovation experience, she was instrumental in helping the company and clients with successful developments, lease-ups, stabilized operations, dispositions, and acquisitions.

In January of 2015, Allison joined Zillow Group to grow their multifamily rentals vertical platform. She was responsible for creating and implementing a nationwide sales training program, and involved with the executive team in putting strategic business growth procedures in place, as well as assist in furthering multifamily industry knowledge within the company's network of brands.

Allison began her career in property management working on-site for HSC Real Estate (now Greystar) leasing up new apartment developments and newly renovated apartment communities. She spent six years as a Regional Property Manager for Riverstone Residential/Greystar in Seattle where she managed a diverse portfolio including high-end high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style and affordable housing properties though lease up, stabilization, renovation, acquisition and dispositions.Other positions held in her career at HSC/Riverstone/Greystar include corporate Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist, Regional Trainer responsible for the success of over 400 employees in three states, Business Integration Manager/Market Analyst focusing on new business growth in the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, New Mexico and California, due diligence for acquisitions, property financial and quality assurance audits, and Executive Mentor for Regional Managers.
