• Processing various Invoices to be paid • Assigning General Ledger codes to financial entries • Visible Billing work where Bills that come in need to be validated by inserting Pivot Tables, final checks using VLOOKUPS to reach a final pivot of divisions with amounts to be entered and paid. • Checking the weights of the products (shoes) and if the company is billed too much based on the style of the shoes and the amounts of shoes ordered in the order History Inquiry. If billed too much, would need to issue a credit on a future bill saving the company 30K before the new year.• Checking if the package (shipment) ticket was created but never delivered would need to issue a credit on a future bill and request Pick Ticket number(s).
