I am an enthusiastic educator with a Bachelor of Arts in Education Psychology Human Development (BAE) degree. Currently, I am working as a dedicated special education paraeducator, where I provide support to kindergarten students using inclusive practices. My role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.My passion for education and child development has led me to pursue a career as an elementary school teacher. I am particularly interested in teaching in the primary grades, ideally, kindergarten through second grade, although I am open to working with students of any age from kindergarten to eighth grade. I believe that every child deserves a quality education and I am committed to fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication and collaboration skills, which have allowed me to effectively work with diverse groups of students and create individualized learning plans. I am dedicated to implementing innovative teaching strategies and integrating technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience for my students.I am currently pursuing opportunities to further develop my skills and knowledge in order to become an exceptional elementary school teacher.
