Devise and implement strategic marketing plans for various Vicinity Centres shopping centres to drive visitation and sales. Most recently my focus has been to disrupt the traditional retail calendar at Box Hill Central. Replacing it with an Asian Cultural and Cuisine calendar. In 2019 we told the unique story of Box Hill Central reaching over 69m people in wider Melbourne and driving 30m centre visitations (over 70% of customers come from outside the traditional trade area). I focused on researching world trends and created personal experiences that customers could connect with both in centre and via social media. Using social media algorithms Instagram followers increased by 63% & Facebook by 18% with average engagement of over 20%. Social Media Influencers were used to increase brand equity. Develop strategic partnerships to add value and income. Develop and nurture retailer partnerships in a diverse environment. Award winner and finalist over 2008 to 2019. Shopping Centre redevelopments including Macquarie Centre NSW, Cranbourne Park VIC and Box Hill Central.

Develop and implement a marketing plan for the launch of new shopping centre located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Develop public relations campaigns, write copy for press releases, create incentives for media involvement, develop relationships with media. Developing the opening advertising and marketing campaigns, providing creative input on all elements.

Developing and implementing 3 marketing plans for smaller assets for the London based management company. Writing and implementing 3 marketing plans consecutively for 3 very different assets. Time management to co-ordinate visits to each centre and provide individual assistance. Liaising with celebrity managers to organise celebrity appearances, manage large fashion parades and co-ordinate metropolitan media campaigns. Seek approval from board members and asset owners for additional funding.
