Facilitated and delivered critical projects for strategic customers according to strict deadlines and budgets.Planned, executed, and oversaw production progress and quality control across multiple manufacturing plants.Acquired high volumes of material and aligned deliveries based on current inventory, demand and future requirements in addition to managing the vendors for each.Created and maintained master schedules in MS Project for each project utilizing team and vendor collaboration.Trained colleagues in areas of project management, company ERP system and scheduling software.Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and able to both read and write quality plans and procedures.

Primary Roles Include:- Creating, leading, and executing project work plans in adherence with customer requirements- Materials management and production planning activities- Coordinating and managing all outside vendor services and inspection activities- Primary contact for all project communication (internal & external)- Creating and implementing all Inspection and Test Plans and all project-specific procedures- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of project scope- Performing and maintaining all document control requirements for each project- Ensuring initiation of activities are performed per all quality standards to minimize the likelihood of nonconformities and risks.- Reviewing final deliverables to assure all customer specifications and quality requirements are met prior to shipment to the client.

Primary Responsibilities:- Materials management and production planning activities- Coordinating turnkey production activities, from procurement of material through shipping in a multiplant production environment- Coordinating and managing outside vendor services- Creating part-specific data in ERP- Inventory Control and Management- Creating and implementing shop floor orders and intercompany orders while incorporating all quality and third party requirements.- Evaluating shop efficiency/cost analysis

Primary Responsibilities:- Directly engaging w/customers regarding new program launches, current and future requirements, updated status on current projects along with addressing and resolving any concerns- Preparing and implementing MPP and ITP for First Piece Qualification activities.- Detailed quote preparation and schedule creation to meet customer demand- Directing communication and cooperation with all third party inspectors- Preparing project documentation needed for customer document packages.
