-Grew my professional experience through the 2019 LIT Program.-Managed the Music Fusion program at camp: over the course of a week would teach groups of children a song on a variety of instruments that they would perform by the weeks end.-Learned interpersonal skills and expanded my repertoire through working with people of all ages, and managing cabins of 10-15 children.-Motivated participation of colleagues and campers.-Developed teamwork and leadership skills working through the groups/retreats during off season.

-Enhanced key skills necessary for the job by working as a junior camp counselor in 2019, learning from supervisors and building connections. - Earned excellent interpersonal skills in working with fellow colleagues to identify their strengths and challenges-Developed a daily lesson plan that I used to teach roughly 30 children important developmental skills, while managing and maintaining their individual needs.

-Learned patience through responding calmly to difficult situations.-Expanded my knowledge on the Christian faith and classroom management through teaching children ages 3-10 mini-lessons regarding lessons from the Bible.
