As a wellness coach I have had the privilege of working with over 100 university students and employees, using active listening and motivational interviewing to help each individual set intentional, realistic goals unique to their situation.As the fitness class manager, I have had the opportunity to not only organize class and instructor schedules, but I've also had the unique experience of working these classes around a pandemic! During the COVID-19 pandemic I was responsible for taking over 20 fitness classes and moving and organizing them into a virtual setting in order to protect the health of our instructors and our community members.

In this role I've had the opportunity to instruct and certify over 20 students in CPR and first aid. Through this 15 week course, I work with university students on the practical application of CPR and first aid training through demonstrating, practicing, and passing off key skills.
