In May 2017, I will graduate from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Mathematics with a minor in Spanish. I am a member of the Science and Math Education in ACTION program at Bowling Green, which is a scholarship program for those students interested in teaching math and/or science at either a high school or middle school level. I am very excited to be graduating with a minor in Spanish, because I believe it is very important to be able to help each and every student. I know my Spanish minor will propel me one step closer to helping each student, especially if English is not his or her first language. Being the Vice President of a Club Sport has allowed me to gain insight into how organizations need to run, and I know this experience will drive me to either be a coach or a club director in the near future. I am more than excited to begin teaching, and I look forward to impacting the lives of our future generation.
